After 30 years in international sports marketing – including roles as Head of Marketing at the European Handball Federation and Secretary General of the Austrian Swimming Federation – I have been able to combine my hobby and my profession once again through the Diamond Club Ottenstein. As a passionate golfer, this is the perfect environment for me to put my many years of experience in sports marketing to good use. I want to further develop the course and raise Ottenstein’s profile even further as a top destination for golf holidays. It is also my aim to forge even stronger links between business and sport at our course.

The conditions could hardly be better: our 18-hole championship course is nestled amongst woods, meadows, streams and ponds – varied, close to nature and in a beautiful setting with stunning views. And everything around it is just right too: the Hettegger restaurant is renowned for its excellent cuisine, and the new Hotel Korngut, situated right next to the course, offers golfing guests convenience and every comfort.
